Clean Work, Clear Expectations
We believe a great cleaning starts with understanding the space. Every piece of upholstery is different, which is why our pricing is based on the size, material, and condition of the upholstery. To provide you with the most accurate quote, we ask that you send us a few pictures of the items you'd like cleaned.
Upholstery Care
We clean and sanitize the seats, backs, and sides of your sofa or upholstered furniture. The bottom/underside is not included in the standard service.
After cleaning, upholstery will typically remain damp for approximately 7–10 hours, depending on the fabric, ventilation, and surrounding conditions.
Stains & Results
We always do our best to achieve the best possible results. However, we cannot guarantee complete removal of every stain. Some stains may be permanent or may have penetrated deeply into the fabric.
Carpet & Furniture
Heavy furniture such as beds, cabinets, and other large pieces will be cleaned around rather than moved. Lightweight furniture may be moved when possible.
Because freshly cleaned carpet remains damp for approximately 8–18 hours, we ask that heavy furniture not be placed back onto the carpet until it has completely dried.
